Safety & Regulations

At Waveland Gun Club, safety is our top priority. We take every precaution necessary to ensure a safe environment for both shooters and spectators. (spectators not charged!)

Club Policies

  • No Felony Convictions: Anyone with felony charges is not allowed membership.
  • Zero Tolerance: Absolutely no alcohol or illegal drug use while on property.
  • Compliance Required: All WGC and NRA regulations must be followed accordingly.
  • State & Federal Laws: We abide by both State of Indiana and Federal Laws.
  • Law Enforcement Support: Local Montgomery County and other Indiana law enforcement are also members.
  • Clean Up After Yourself: All shooters must clean up their shooting area, including spent shells, targets, and any other debris before leaving.

Enforcement

Suspected violations will result in questioning and monitoring. Further incidents will result in permanent removal from the property with no refund. Non-compliance with removal orders will result in law enforcement contact.
